The vase located at the heart of this beautiful Hanukah menorah represents the miraculous cruse of oil that stands in the heart of the story of Hanukah, reminding us all that miracles can happen and we should never lose hope. The exquisitely hand-made menorah was designed by Israeli artist Orit Garder, born in Israel. Her art is inspired by the rich interplay of color and shapes that nature offers us. She works with metals, hand colored with patinas and paints and in an effort to capture natural themes, then transform and incorporate them into creative artworks. The lace-like see-through designs give a glimpse into an inner world, reflecting the delicate balance between fragility and lasting nature.
