A special production of ANU – Museum of the Jewish People on the occasion of the new synagogues hall (2016) – a designed bookmark made of brass, gold colored, designed by artist Anat Mayer, shaped as the great synagogue “Tempio Israelitico” in Florence, Italy. Built in 1882. Architects: Mariano Falacini, Prof. Vincente Micheli, Marco Treves. The design was inspired by Moorish style. Parts of the interior were destroyed by the Nazis during the second World War. After the war the synagogue was renovated.
