This decorative book depicts the Book of Passover through 60 paintings by the Israeli artist Eliahou Eric Bokobza. Published by Halfi Art Editor in 2014, Hebrew.
Participating in the well-established tradition of artists who created an illustrated Haggadah (the Passover Seder service) is the artist and author Eliahou Eric Bokobza. The Haggadah bearing his name and the name of the Prophet Elijah (Eliahou) presents the story of the Exodus in a new and positive light integrating empathy, humor and plenty of irony. As in most of his past works, the artist’s identity here as Elijah appears in all of the paintings and embraces his curiosity, discomfort, and hope.
