The Seven Species with which the land of Israel was blessed are linked in the ancient texts directly to the virtues of the Jewish Nation, with each species representing a specific quality: the vine represents fertility, the wheat – vitality, the olive -uniqueness, the fig – peace, the pomegranate – wisdom, the barley – material and financial viability, and the Date, depicted on this magnificent ceramic artwork by artist Amir Rom, represents versatility.
